Holiday Boarding Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, no show or reschedule without 4 days of notice prior to arrival date will be charged the rate of $50 for one night of holiday boarding.
Grooming Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, no show, or reschedule without 48 hours notice of appointment date and time will result in a fee of $50 for a haircut and $20 for a Bath/Brush and or Exit Bath.
Swimming Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, no show or reschedule without 48 hours notice of appointment date and time will result in forfeiting the full amount charged.
